Kuhn Hospitality Group is a food and beverage company that partners with hotels and serviced residences to deliver thoughtful, high-performing dining experiences. From full-service catering to daily outlet operations, we combine culinary perspective with operational discipline and structured systems, built to meet the needs of real guests and real partners.

Marco Alcantara
Marco holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics with a minor in Management and an MBA in Finance from Clark University. He oversees the group’s financial strategy and business development, ensuring that each venture is built on sustainable growth and long-term value.
Chef Katrina Kuhn-Alcantara
A Filipino-Swiss chef and Le Cordon Bleu Paris alumna, Katrina holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Business. She brings over two decades of culinary leadership across catering, restaurants, and hotel F&B operations. She is currently pursuing a Sustainability Specialist Certificate through Les Roches, aligning with the group’s ongoing commitment to responsible hospitality. At KHG, she leads creative development and operational consistency across all brands and partnerships.

Sustainability & Responsibility
While we are continuously evolving our sustainability practices, we have taken meaningful stepsto operate more mindfully— both in the kitchen and beyond. Some of our current initiatives include:
✔️Composting food waste from select outlets and catering kitchens
✔️Starting an on-site garden to supply herbs and produce
✔️ Using eco-friendly packaging whenever possible
✔️ Sourcing locally where possible to reduce transport impact
✔️ Supporting produce rescue drives to reduce food waste and support local farmers
✔️ Reusing and recycling materials through in-house efforts and third-party partners
✔️ Implementing staff training on mindful resource use
